Glamourizers are “Cheerleaders” for the Brand. You are in doors to train and educate the client and retailers on GLAMGLOW products and the Brand story. Glamourizers will plan and execute training and events within their region to ensure proper positioning and deliverance of a universal education brand message that drives retail sales. Glamourizers will also be responsible to attend national training conferences for retailers, in store education and retail sales events, backstage studio events and other events as needed based on the promotional calendar.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail sales thru effective training and sales support

  • Responsible for achievement of sales plan for each door/channel within territory

  • Initiate innovative ways to impact sales and drive retail results

  • Lead, mentor and coach Counter Staff (for Dept. Stores)

  • Educate, inspire and build relationships with retailer in store teams. Lead by example to train GLAMGLOW clients and selling techniques via in-store Trainings, Master’s Class, Seminar’s, etc.

  • Establish strong store relationships with all levels of retail leadership and develop focus door business plans

  • Perform as Guest Speaker and Lead Artist in local/regional trend shows

  • Partner with Director, N.A. Field to manage in-store business strategy

  • Partner with Director, Education for all seasonal education updates and product launches

  • Attend all mandatory Retailer Brand Training Summits

  • Conduct New Store Opening Trainings

  • Plan, manage, and participate in special in-store events

  • Work in store (i.e., sell) during key retailer events to assist in counter goal achievement

  • Partner and communicate weekly with the Director, N.A. Field (i.e., overall business, strength/opportunities, staff, event execution, scheduling)

  • Demonstrate the highest level of leadership and professionalism, always upholding the GLAMGLOW message and image, while maintain a positive attitude at all times

  • 2 years’ experience in training and sales

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • Must be willing and able to travel

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Ability to lead, motivate and teach

  • Sephora and Nordstrom experience (preferred)

  • Must have outstanding communication skills

  • Event (in-store) planning skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
