Manage day-to-day operations for brand influencer programs; With consumer engagement team, strategize, plan, and execute always-on and campaign-based digital influencer programs that will drive the most buzz, engagement, and conversation on social, as aligned with business objectives and goals. Build authentic relationships with existing and emerging digital influencers, fostering lasting connections between talent and brand.
Partner with key stakeholders to execute a digital influencer/consumer advocate strategy for “always on” activities (e.g. mailings, meet-ups) and campaigns (paid).
Help project-manage programs to ensure plans are completely on-time and within budget. Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies / vendors on projects from end-to-end – from forecasting products to creative impact of mailings.
Assist in the daily management of master talent and mailing list, reaching out to up-and-coming talent and updating network in real-time.
Execute paid content and partnerships as needed, from outreach to negotiation to agreement execution.
Liaise with regional teams to share key learnings and collateral opportunities, help ensure regional efforts align with global strategy.
Stay on the cutting-edge of digital/social trends, including monitoring competitors and innovative non-beauty verticals such as entertainment. Proactively monitor digital influencer activity across social to report on trends, content and collaborations to get ahead of the next “big idea.”
Constantly comb through brand social to find digital influencers/consumer advocates who love the brand (plus potential new connections), then foster direct ongoing relationships.
Make timely, impactful recommendations for digital activations and partnerships that will help grow the brand, based on research and relationship-building.
Monitor metrics on a daily basis via digital listening dashboards (e.g., Tribe Dynamics) and manual monitoring; synthesize learnings to adapt and optimize programs and best practices for most impact.
Liaise with key corporate stakeholders and social analytics partners to understand any new metrics that have been identified as critical, and help standardize analysis throughout the corporation.
Demonstrate proactivity and “can-do” attitude in all assignments. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with ability to interface with many departments.
Highly organized and detail-oriented when it comes to project/campaign management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and agencies/vendors
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong quantitative skills; knowledge of key social media.
Four-year college degree or equivalent.
3-4 years related experience, e.g., social media, influencer relations and program management
Active daily life in digital and social media, very digitally savvy.
Branding/beauty/fashion/entertainment experience a plus.
