Administrative support:

  • Preparation for retailer meetings including updating side by side, pulling reports, compiling/analyzing info, etc.

  • Create retailer specific tracking/forms based on needs of business

  • Strong understanding of Passport including entering coop advertising, tracking and managing billing inquires

  • Able to conceptualize and creating tracking form or Region specific form based on business needs

  • Strong time management skills in supporting 2 regions and ability to adhere to deadlines

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease

  • Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal

  • Understanding of big picture business needs to ensure accuracy or reporting and structure of analysis

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple levels within the organization- Store Managers, Sees, Buyers, Planners etc.

  • Knowledge of travel booking tool and meeting contracts requirements

  • Understanding of budgets, cross charges, travel and expense and GERS

Seasonal Responsibilities include:

  • Breakout of financial plans by account/by SEE, TOA Allocations, Passport entry, Maintenance of Door Profiles, Setup and maintenance of account specific side by sides and reporting.

Monthly responsibilities include:

  • Month End numbers into SEE and RMD expense reports, Gratis distribution, Anniversary Gifts, Monthly reports, distribution of monthly call lists.

Weekly responsibilities include:

  • Directors, Sales and Education and SEE travel and calendar, customizing weekly reports for distribution, Weekly Sales Recaps, Collateral reports, Turnover reports and vacancy recaps.

Retailer meeting - needed support:

  • Meeting preparation (PowerPoint, retailer books, reports, analysis, etc.), Meeting set up (room set-up, ordering food, travel arrangements)



  • College/University degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of related experience

  • Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills required.

  • Should possess strong interpersonal skills.

  • Computer skills: Outlook, Microsoft Word for Windows and Excel.

  • Power Point for setting up corporate presentations.
