You will support and coordinate education administrative and logistic functions, make travel and hotel arrangements, manage education department calendars and files and respond to regional team inquiries for the Estee Lauder brand.


  • Perform a broad range of administrative duties to support the education department.

  • Review all correspondence in timely manner and compose routine responses accordingly in absence of education managers

  • Be the point of contact to external parties e.g. suppliers, travel agents, hotels

  • Schedule meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, etc

  • Provide regular status updates on education ongoing projects

  • Process invoices for all markets as required in SAP system

  • Administration and maintenance of training inventory, materials and products

  • Logistic support for the Education team

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Consolidate of orders and distribution of education materials as needed

  • Coordinate education orders in International Marketing Website (IMW)

  • Coordinate rooms for meetings, seminar functions or training events in APAC when required

  • Responsible for the distribution and maintenance of all TR APAC Beauty Advisors in the global online training (ELX), uniforms and grooming materials (estimated 500 Beauty Advisors)

  • Foster good relations and open communication with regional travel retail teams and affiliates.

  • Liaising with vendors / suppliers to ensure all education materials are completed and deliver on time to APAC regional sites

  • Coordinating for yearly APAC Brand Education Meetings (for Beauty Advisors)



  • Degree graduate, or diploma holder with at least 1 year of working experience in administration and coordination are welcome to apply

  • Possess passion for beauty industry

  • Positive attitude towards work

  • Bilingual – English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Beauty Advisors

  • Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and possess initiative and good judgement

  • Possess discretion in handling confidential information
