To develop, and execute the Supply Plan and inventory plans for APAC region for respective brands. Align the Supply plans to the demand plans at each of the distribution center within the APAC region including the APAC hub.

Regional Supply Planning Manager is responsible for meeting the regional targets for fill rates and inventory levels in collaboration with the Affilaite Inventory management teams for their respective brands. Regional supply Planning manager will execute the process by (1) effectively collaborating with Regional Demand Planning, Regional Brand Leadership, Affiliate Supply Chain teams to generate balanced demand - supply plans (2) Utilizing supply chain management information and systems and (3) supporting the implmentation of the state of art supply chain techniques. Interface with other Region's Supply Planning and Supply Chain counter parts in the execution of cross-region supply of finished goods and for materials stored at the APAC Regional Hub(s) which are sourced within APAC region and are supplied to other regions globally.


  • Plan, Manage and Deliver the regional branded finished goods supply - service and inventory performance - from suppliers to regional hub(s) through to Affiliate DCs and/or directly to customers. This includes the management of existing inventory ("import" planning/ management and deployment/re-deployment) and regional sets creation (sets creation planning and execution, deployment and "export" planning management)

  • Become the valued business partner for the Regional Brand Lead & management team

  • Accountable for the respective branded regional service fulfillment and the management, control and reporting of the regional inventory and obsolescence - finished goods, collaterals and materials (for set creation). Jointly accountable for the affiliate's inventory KPIs together with the Affiliate's Supply Chain teams.

  • Aligned to and performs in close collaboration with the following key organizational partners in the performance of the supply planning function:

  • Regional Demand Planning organization, Regional Brand Leadership, Affiliates Demand Planning and Affiliates SCM team creating and executing balanced demand supply plans based on agreed to objectives and operating guidelines for respective Brands(s).

  • Regional Logistics & transportation for the optimal management of all inbound and outbound transportation performance for the respective Brand(s).

  • Other Region's Supply Planning, Operations, Distribution and Transportation organizations in supporting cross-region supply execution.

  • Global Supply Chain (Demand Planning and Supply Planning), GSR/NPS, NLM, and global brands as required in execution of all supply plans in support of both existing business and new product launches for the respective Brand(s).

  • Branded Supply Planning Managers have dual reporting relationship to the regional Supply Planning Director as well as to their respective Regional Brand Leaders.

  • Responsible for regional supply chain master data for the respective Brand - adhering to master data governance.

KPI & Process Improvement Managements:

  • Support the inventory and supply chain related KPI performance of the respective Brand(s) in APAC.

  • Responsible for managing the planning parameters in SNP, to ensure the settings are optimal for meeting the inventory and service targets for the respective Brand(s) in APAC.

  • Participating with Regional Demand Planning counterpart, Regional Brand Leadership and affiliates Supply Chain Team in regional Brand and affiliates SI&OP meeting to achieve goals through a focus on agreed KPI's for respective Brand(s).

  • Interfaces with Global Supply Chain and other Regional Supply related KPI performance of the respective Work closely with AM APAC, NA and EMEA to identify improvements from the day to day operational performance monitoring (operational, incidents, defects, service requests …)

Key Results/Measures:

  • Key KPI DOS should be at > target

  • Fill Rate for customer orders should be > than targets.

Other in-process measures:

  • Excess Inventory is within the targeted range <10% of net inventory.

  • No significant out of stocks and clear communication on long term Out of Stock.

  • Good conflict management skills

  • Five years experience within the Supply Chain or Sales Planning process areas preferred

  • Good knowledge of Sales Strategy and Brand positioning preferred

  • Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience - a plus

  • Strong personal computer skills required


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
