  • accounts for the Sales Budget(ST/SI) of related region; sometime the individual shall help to narrow the gap of the national achievement 15%

  • always being an exemplary of the Regional Sales Leader – business and people leader 10%

  1. the increasing business scales at some certain geographic when EL penetrates to lower tier cities

  2. the complexity of competition landscape

the upgraded customer management – better and tactful customer management


Preferred to have related sales or trade marketing experience at adjacency to cosmetic; comfortable with frequent traveling & command excellent interpersonal skills especially good at being a people leader to convey hi-touch culture

Capable of business English at read/write as the minimum

At least 8 years above of sales experience at consumer goods; experience with prestige cosmetic is highly preferred

Preferred to a bachelor degree/College education
