Staying true to our L.A. studio roots, we are creative and trendsetting, yet laidback and accessible. We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager, Creative Services to join our creative team in Culver City, CA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manger, Creative Services will be the primary contact for creative requests and production and report directly to the Director, Creative Services.
This position requires strong organizational and follow-up skills, outstanding communication, the ability to work effectively across functional departments, and the ability to multi-task all while maintaining a can -do attitude. The essential duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinate workflow for Domestic, Web (when applicable) and International creative projects.
- Assist in Managing workflow and creative process for all global creative projects for print, packaging, online, and visual merchandising.
Initiate and manage a comprehensive process for managing, tracking and ensuring completion of creative projects through all phases of creative development from request through release of final artwork.
Primary liaison between Creative and internal departments to problem solve, offer solutions, and guarantee creative materials are delivered timely and efficiently.

4.Coordinate visuals/creative production(s) for critical meetings, shows and events.
- Manages strategic planning, execution, and delivery of all creative visual elements, in all media for global conferences, shows and events.
5.Assists in Organize and schedule photo shoots from pre to post production – inclusive of confirming product/ingredient requirements, budgets, retouching, and usage.
Produces seasonal photo shoots for global seasonal campaigns, managing budget and logistics for talent, crew, equipment and other professional services.
Assists in Management process of requests, quotes, and approvals for all deliverables, including photo ready samples and product mock ups
- Assists in Management of asset resources and backup systems for all photo shoots, video content, product shots and digital assets.
- Coordinates efforts of two designers in the production
Assists in Management all retouching timelines and logistics for print and product needs and ensure images are ready for use in unit cartons, visuals, in-store use, Web, and International FTP adds.
Address basic creative department needs like office space updates, software/hardware upgrades and ordering supplies.
Manager database of master images and master swatches.
4 year college degree preferred
3-4 years relative experience working in a creative field.
Photoshop, Illustrator, Entourage, Microsoft Office and Macintosh experience
Adobe InDesign for software knowledge
Retouching experience a plus
