Area Artistry Trainer -Specialty/Multi (Smashbox Cosmetics)
Achieve annual fiscal sales objectives in specified region.
Responsible for driving sales through effective in-store training and sales support.
Consistently meet personal sales productivity objective of $125/hr.
Recruit and develop in partnership with Account Executive, a productive and professional freelance team.
(Freelance teams range from 5-10 artists and support both daily and event business.)
Conduct Freelance trainings independently and in partnership with Regional Training Executive.
Execute consistent communication to freelance team, ensuring brand standards and objectives are being met.
Work with Account Executive to pro-actively manage freelance schedules to maximize sales results.
Strategize and secure effective, monthly store-visit schedule to impact sales growth.
Execute in partnership with Account Executive a strategic event plan to accelerate brand awareness and fiscal growth.
(Proper store choice, date, retailer trainings and freelance development affect goal achievement.)
Responsible for meeting T&E and freelance budgetary objectives.
Responsible for developing retailer relationships to amplify brand presence, recognition and fiscal growth.
Consistently partner and communicate with Account Executive, Regional Training Executive and National Artistry Trainer to develop overall business and freelance team.
RETAILER TRAININGS (10%)
Conduct new store opening trainings as well as specialized retailer trainings.
Train retail teams on Smashbox DNA, artistry, products and selling techniques.
Set the example in all aspects of business, artistry, sales, image and professional Smashbox standards.
