Description

This role is responsible for below:

  • Retail Operations Policies and Procedures (P&P) Program

  • Support the Senior Retail Operations Manager to

i. Administer the roll out the Retail Operations Policies and Procedures Programs

ii. Develop the Retail Operations Policies and Procedures for all Affiliates in the APAC Region to ensure keep a good balance between respecting global consistency and local relevancy

iii. Develop, revamp and maintain all training materials

iv. Maintain the Policies and Procedures Programs project plan and liaise with different key stakeholders in the APAC Region and Affiliates.

  • Develop the freestanding store Retail Operations Playbook for Retail Managers

  • Retail Operating System (ROS) Program. Support the Senior Retail Operations Manager to

i. Develop retail operations P&P business process

ii. Participate in the user acceptance tests

  • Assist the Retail Operations Director to develop and manage Retail Operations related education/training programs & activities

  • Manage & conduct the existing training programs (P&P, P@TD , ShopperTrak)

  • Consolidate & adopt existing Global/Regional training & development programs, corporatize the brand agnostic retail management & selling skill trainings

  • Identify retail stores & corporate office level training needs in collaboration with Affiliates & Brands; Develop training materials & programs

  • Liaise with Affiliates for soliciting retail market intelligence

  • Develop and maintain the ELC Retail Store database and APAC Retail Portal

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business, Communication or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years working experience including 2 years in supervisory position in Retail Operations & Training or related experience

  • Experience in Project Management is essential

  • Strong customer intimacy

  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese communication (including Mandarin)

  • Excellent interpersonal skill, self-starter and detail-minded

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SharePoint in advance level
