  • This is an ideal role for an individual who is has clerical experience, strong attention to detail and is looking to work in a retail environment

  • This role would report into the Global Value Creation team (GVC), APAC Region. The GVC team within APAC reports into Regional Finance.

  • Perform administration of expenses and travel within the team

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, supporting in agenda and deck distribution, logistics and communication to stakeholders

  • Support in co-ordination in functions and key events

  • Preparing, validating and checking financial reports (35% of time)

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required



  • Diploma or above

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of clerical and administrative support experience in a multinational company


  • Experience with excel is a must to support the financial reporting (refresh of reports, validation of figures)

  • Able to communicate well in English and Cantonese

  • Able to work well with a multitude of stakeholders

  • Flexible and proactive with good problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills in planning, support and co-ordination

  • Excellent analytical skills and accuracy required

  • Strong attention to details and follow through

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrix environment

  • Project Management experience appreciated

  • Capable in using computers, particularly MS Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint, word and SharePoint
