To act as major contact and support to APAC markets by coordinating and tailoring global marketing strategies and initiatives to regional needs. Ensure adherence to Brand Pillars in all marketing and programs and activities in the Asia Pacific region. To provide marketing and retail operations support in order to maintain a growing business in Asia Pacific Regional.


  • Development of APAC product marketing, Consumer Engagement and CRM with Regional Marketing Director, markets and global teams (Global Marketing, Creative, Consumer Engagement)

  • Serve as the brand connection and act as one voice integrating different facets of the region for all aspects of the marketing mix and facilitate constant communication with markets and Global teams

  • Integrate CRM and consumer insight into actionable strategic and tactical recommendations

  • Work with the markets to facilitate APAC driven product development process

  • Work on China specific needs in terms of Registration and variants, ensure the optimal shade library is being kept, working with international team.

  • Lead Assistant Consumer Engagement Manager and Assistant Product Manager to provide proper coaching and learning to obtain working level expertise

Launch Program Development / Product Marketing

  • Work with markets to develop and maintain 360 calendar

  • Identify and execute regionally/locally relevant programs in accordance with the approved global guidelines

  • Maintain creative content & delivery timelines

  • Lead in competitors’ activities tracking including new products launches, new advertisement, new packaging and etc.

  • Deliveries Regional Assets and support affiliate local asset creation

  • Make sure that global program elements(360) is delivered and define opportunities of regional marketing activations

  • Regional asset creation and support elements for affiliates

  • Contribute to markets’ new launch forecast validation, provide guidance on assortment strategy with Product Manager

  • Facilitate APAC pricing harmonization with product Manager

Analysis and reporting

  • Provide feedback to Global teams regarding programs effectiveness, as well as regional/country specific needs in terms of new products, creative assets, promotional tools, events and in general all aspects of marketing mix

  • Post-launch evaluation at 1M and 6M (qualitative and quantitative) of key launches and programs , with regional CRM team

  • Oversee regional mix of business and Beaute Research analysis

Consumer Marketing/ CRM

  • Lead CRM direction for the region in conjunction with Regional and Global teams and analyze ROI

  • Supervise Consumer Engagement Manager on execution and monitoring of affiliate activities and local implementations


  • University Degree, preferably in Marketing related area

  • Minimum of 8 years working experience

  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the cosmetics retail industry. Regional exposure will be a plus

  • Travelling :30%
