To lead the sales team and accountable for sales target achievement, give strategic direction, build business plan

Responsibilities:

Accountable for the overall sales achievement by developing the short-term & long-term strategy to expand revenue and retaining

  • Implement the sales programs/initiatives to meet the set sales goals and drive sales growth

  • Review and advise the market dynamic, marketing/product mix and brand portfolio

  • Review and monitor sales performance periodically, refine sales strategy if required

  • Work closely with marketing and education teams to develop and define the programs to support the goals and develop field talents

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • BA or above

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales/marketing, particularly in beauty industry

  • Familiar with luxury retail management

  • Result-oriented, assertive with proven leadership

  • Excellent presentation and communications skills

  • Strong numerical sense and detail oriented

  • Excellent command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin

  • Strong collaborative skills
