Can you drive the creation of and execution of high-touch customer experiences in social and digital media that drive community, commerce, and brand advocacy? If so, please get in touch for an initial discussion about potential opportunities in Hong Kong
We are interested in people who can:
Work closely with APAC affiliates and brands to develop new media strategy (i.e., digital marketing, social media) with a focus on influencers.
Support APAC brands and Affiliates on Digital / Social and Influencer campaigns across multi-platform customer engagement programs and ensure alignment with overall marketing plans
Drive the development of locally-relevant digital content. Help to streamline and improve efficiency of our current social media content calendar process to dramatically improve our digital agility and speed-to-market
Advise on and coordinate APAC new media creative requests
Manage and track timelines and key project milestones for APAC social media projects
Manage and lead monthly markets status call, reviewing social media markets calendar and strategy. Manage and lead weekly status with Regional teams, providing information on project’s status.
Regular sharing of best practices and key-learning among markets to help elevate the level of executions
Provide analysis on competitors analysis and non-competitive campaigns
University Degree, preferably in Communication, PR, Marketing or Media-related areas
Minimum 5 years working experience
Previous relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the digital/social marketing focused agency roles or in house roles with regional exposure.
Strong knowledge on social media, digital marketing, influencers, CRM, online at interactive agencies and/or online marketing division for consumer brand
Preference given to those with significant experience in digital marketing in Asia
Personal blog or any social media activities that can be shared a plus
Can be based in Hong Kong with ability to travel within the region
Fluent English with excellent communications skills written and oral
Ability to speak other local languages such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean is highly recommended.
