Are you Ready to Paint the World Pink? Too Faced is growing and so is our Creative Team. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will play an integral part of bringing the brand to life in stores. This creative minded person will work collaboratively with the Senior Designer and cross-functional Marketing partners to successfully design and deliver in store collateral and marketing materials. We are looking for someone with a passion for makeup and a keen eye for design. The Graphic Designer should have a strong creative voice who can help take the brand aesthetic to the next level.
This is a mid-level position based in the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, California.
THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:
Design and develop seasonal campaign themes to promote the company’s key product launches.
Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions to support in store Visual Merchandising and Marketing initiatives such as fixture graphics, store signage, end caps, cash wraps, and events.
Present concepts in group settings and be a major contributor to group brainstorms.
Prepare, package and spec files for print.
Attend press checks as needed to ensure quality execution.
Time manage all design projects including scheduling reviews to ensure important deadlines are met.
Take on additional design projects as needed, including but not limited to: product photography, photoshop mock ups, events, direct mail pieces and education materials.
Update and maintain brand guidelines, on-boarding book and all graphic design tools.
Maintain and elevate brand aesthetic across all touch-points, including both domestic and international markets.
THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:
Portfolio information must be included (link of reference to URL is good)
A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design, no exceptions
3+ years corporate Graphic Design experience mandatory. Experience in the beauty/fashion industry preferred.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
3D imaging software knowledge (Sketchup) a plus.
Experience in pre-press and print production mandatory.
Must be a self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative.
Outstanding communication skills: both written and verbal.
Creative, collaborative, and able to contribute ideas in group settings.
Exemplary organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
