The Estee Lauder Companies Visual Merchandising Manager - International in Irvine, California

We have a new opportunity within our Visual Merchandising (VM) team that will help grow our international VM initiatives! The Too Faced Visual Merchandising Manager for International will be part of a fun, collaborative work environment and will play an integral part in bringing Too Faced products to life. This person will design, create, and execute of quarterly seasonal updates both domestically and internationally for key channels of distribution. This candidate must be both creative and analytical, with a positive work ethic and a love for cosmetics.

This position will be based in the Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, CA.


• Manage fixture development timeline of select International accounts from assortment layout through retail installation. Ensure both internal and external clients meet timelines and budget.• Manage and track new store openings for select channels of distribution. Work with Operations Manager to ensure smooth installation and execution.• Partner with Creative Services Director, Retail Marketing and cross-functional teams to concept and present fixture proposals for seasonal launches.• Review planograms, renderings, and fixture designs with team and distribute feedback to appropriate vendors. Set up assortments on mock fixtures for internal approvals.• Review, organize and track all quotes, bids, purchase orders, and invoices for seasonal updates and miscellaneous fixture projects. Work with Director to ensure projects are on budget and Master PO log is balanced accordingly.• Manage internal and external print production timelines and graphics process for given channels of distribution.• Manage and archive organized, up-to-date VM assortments and layout guides to be used by Sales teams and Retail Marketing for review of assortments, costs, and design.• Maintain up-to-date Visual Merchandising binders, calendars, and folders on server and Basecamp.• Partner with Corporate Sales Directors to ensure retailer collaboration and approval on seasonal planograms.• Submit product comps and any other detailed information to vendors for set up and planning.• Review, amend, and approve installation instructions from fixture vendors. Communicate with Field Sales team to ensure smooth execution. Troubleshoot any in-store issues.• Support Creative Services Director in additional fixture creation such as overhauls, new market roll-outs, cash wraps, end caps, events, etc. when applicable.


• 6+ years Corporate Visual Merchandising experience required• Experience in the beauty industry preferred• Self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative• Creative, collaborative, and able to contribute ideas in merchandising, design, and fixture development• Exemplary organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment• Ability to adapt to change and a positive attitude• Degree in Design, Merchandising or Marketing preferred• Must have experience working within Excel: managing timelines and cost sheets with formulas• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) required• Experience with SketchUp a plus• Flexible to work on a PC or Mac platform• Knowledge of Wrike, ProofHQ or other Project Management software a plus• Ability to travel 20% - 30%, domestically and internationally
