Brand: Estée Lauder Companies Corporate Departments
Ensure daily coordination with Corporate Marketing department assisting with tasks and activities for the Dept, Brand teams and supporting digital agency.
Support the maintaining and update the social media activities calendar and communicate updates internally to the required Brand teams and CM Dept.
Coordinate online digital support through implementation of social media and web content updating activities in line with Brand and Dept guidelines
Interact with consumers to align unselfish service of their needs across all social media platforms, with the defined corporate objectives.
Be the eyes and ears of the brand as if your own reputation depended on it
Build and maintain the brand social media content distribution network by way of social media channels and social media calendars
Ensure minute by minute participation in conversations that surround our content and brand, answer comments, be a "mediator.”
Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our brands, report to appropriate to Dept.
Interact with and create clear channel of communication with consumer care department within affiliate.
Create content for feeds and snippets in various locally relevant social media sites and platforms.
Schedule and organize with multiple brand departments for content generation on a daily/weekly basis.
Conduct keyword research including cataloguing and indexing target keyword phrases for social media monitoring
Participate in social media, as yourself and brand(s) requirements
Optimize tags, feeds, sharing local and international social media sites search engines through copywriting, creative & keyword optimization
Work with and ensure content updates on brand websites through Content Management Systems (CMS)
Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media including implementation and management of brand profiles
Demonstrates ability to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content
Understands and can demonstrate immersion into the social media universe.
Monitor and analyze social media activities and report feedback and optimization using tools and other social media monitoring and insight tools.
Monitor and analyze competitor’s activities and communications across all digital media’s locally and communicate in monthly report format.
Coordinate, liaise and manage multiple agencies in terms of content updates, project management and reporting.
Track and analyze all brands’ social media & consumer engagement campaigns with related KPIs
Communications & Segmentations
Explore and analyze user behavior online trends and insights on brand social media sites, and share industry/markets best practices.
Develop targeted social media campaigns to increase engagement and leverage brand equity.
Demonstrate creativity and immersion in social media and leverage locally created content.
Stays up to date with on-line activities and social media initiatives and can educate the affiliate on these.
Understands the power of online corporate reputation management and knows how to participate and join and establish “groups” that are relevant to the business
Perform other duties as assigned in line with role and Social Media & Digital strategy.
Reflect ELC and brand grooming guidelines at all times.
Follows and communicates brand philosophy to the internal and external groups and media.
Enhance self-understanding of product information, Digital, PR and Marketing calendar, and sub-categories under the Corporate Marketing Dept.
Awareness of the brands and the individual market differentials.
English essential, able to write, read and speak
Experience in beauty & e-commerce - desirable
Demonstrates experience of research, possesses excellent writing skills and the ability to produce editorial and technical writing output that engages
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Video Editing Software’s and Web design

* Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphics, web development, communications or advertising
* 1-2 years’ experience that includes digital online media agency or client side experience
