Job Body

The Brand Manager holds primary accountability for achieving brand sales, marketing and P&L (including NOP) targets for brand(s) in country. Works closely with the affiliate General Manager and Regional Brand Sales and Marketing VP to set goals, develop and implement plans.

Achieves budgeted sales and profitability goals for assigned markets.

Develop goals, budgets, and plans in line with strategies.

Works with regional Brand VPs and affiliate GMs to: Consider global brand objectives to set challenging yet attainable brand sales and profit goals for the affiliate and develop marketing and sales strategies to maximize sell-through according to market demand.

Formulate brand marketing objectives and programs for the affiliate in line with Region guidelines: make product selection, assortment, and pricing decisions, makes decisions on promotions items (including collateral) and creative concepts, Develop marketing and media plans, calendars, and tools

Ensures consistent interpretation of brand global objectives and strategies.

Represents brand in a professional and positive manner when interacting with staff, customers, business partners, and representatives of advertising agencies, the press, and government.

Monitors for appropriate implementation of brand identity tools such as merchandising guidelines, media positioning, catalogue advertising, product assortment, sales staffing, and store/ site selection.

Works closely with affiliate PR and Advertising to ensure that brand objectives are clearly understood. Develops and periodically re-evaluates campaign.

Supports the marketing team in the development of the Brand Digital Marketing Strategy, define the capabilities and priorities to complement as well as support Brand strategy to fit local consumer needs and objectives.

Define online direction to dynamically improve market share by Brand.

Collaborates with Finance Manager, General Manager, and Regional Brand VP to set fiscal plans and efficient budgets.

Anticipate risks in P&L management and constantly seek for opportunities in sales and OPEX to deliver or over-deliver Plan

Provides leadership, guidance, and management to brand staff.
