Manager, you will lead the high performing Bobbi Brown counter to further

success by working collaboratively with the retailer as well as your own team.

With strategic thinking and leveraging relationships, you will ensure the brand

excels amongst the competitors within the department.

Within

our brand, we believe in internal growth and development, by attending regular

training from our Education, Artistry and Sales teams as well as working

closely with the Area Manager you will further your retail management skills

and your knowledge of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As

Business Manager, you will lead a successful business by creating and

maintaining a strong working relationship with the retailer in order to be

aligned with the department store’s strategy. These insights alongside your

personal experience in retail will enable you to create a winning strategy for

your counter with regular sales reviews and business reporting, eventing, stock

management, collaborations with other departments and scoping competitor

activity within the department store and the area as a whole.

On

a day-to-day basis, you will work with the Retail Artist Manager to ensure the

development and motivation of the team in order to achieve all targets and

objectives in keeping with the Bobbi Brown experience. In addition to this, you

will need to be confident at analysing your team strategically, understanding

the needs of the business and how you can combat those risks through

recruitment, development and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience preferably

  • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling

  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation

  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets

  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events

  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

  • Passionate about the beauty industry and its trends

  • Enjoys working in a fast pace environment and has a proactive attitude
