The Bobbi Brown National Accounts team has an exciting opportunity for an analytical, business-minded professional to join the team as a National Accounts Coordinator.

The role responsibilities will include:


  • Daily, monthly and annual monitoring and working with both the National Operations Manager, National Account Manager and BMG for forecasting up to one Fiscal ahead.

  • Liaise with BMG to ensure monthly forecast has accurate and shippable new line values in line with Demand Plan

  • Co-ordinate, populate and publish the LE Tracker

  • Working with NAM to provide retailer specific data and areas of opportunity

  • Continually review areas of opportunities to drive stocks in store: re-promotes / education /presentations – dialogue with stores and retailer

New Product Launches:

  • Sell in Packs – Create IPM and Excel matrices for all new launches in the format relevant to the retailer groups request.

  • IPM maintenance for new product launches

  • Ensure retailers place all new launch orders within set deadlines, monitoring quantities vs those recommended to them, whilst ensuring wholesale estimates are met and flagging risk

Working in conjunction with National Account team to Support

  • Understand retailer automated stock systems

  • Action day to day queries from buying offices and stores and liaise with supply merchandise teams.

  • Ensure stock information is communicated to retailers regularly with BMG i.e. price changes, bar code changes, out of stocks, new launch changes.

  • To review and propose stock injection opportunities

  • Liaise with forecasting team re stock availability

  • Collate feedback and retail analysis to support events on behalf of the National Account Managers.

  • Drive Trade Marketing Programmes to optimise sales within each key group


  • Retail Budgets: Support Budget sheet Roll Ups and creations

  • Regional/Area/Retailers Roll Ups

  • Completion of updated budget trackers to send international team

  • Monthly Target: Completed by the 3rd week of every month


  • Preparation of Retailer Specific Info/ Retail Analysis as required for NAM and NOM

  • Attend and support retailer update meetings as required

  • Support Preparation for Strategy Meetings

  • Co-Ordinate group specific feedback on an adhoc basis

  • Support Sales Co-ordinator Ad Hoc

  • Store Visits: Providing Information for Store Visits / City Analysis for National Account team and General Manager

System Usage

  • Magic – New Launch Order Chasing and Independent store order forms

  • IPM – New Launch allocation of qty’s

  • SAP – Download Basic Orders details and Events Console
