The Bumble and bumble and Glamglow teams have an exciting opportunity for an analytical, retailer driven mind to join as a Sales Coordinator.

Working across both Bumble and bumble. and GLAMGLOW, you will capture, analyse and interpret the financial impact across retailer and salon accounts in the U.K. and Ireland, to ensure brand success.

You will also provide administrative and organisational support to the Brand Manager and Sales team.

You will be based within the sales team and coordinate with the field,marketing, finance, online and inventory teams across both brands. You must be super organised with a strong attention to detail.

This role reports into the National Account Manager for Bumble and bumble. and GLAMGLOW.


Liaise with the sales and finance team to manage daily; monthly and annual reports to monitor sales performance & stock levels.

Understand retailer automated stock systems and work with the National Account Manager to ensure stock information is communicated clearly to the relevant parties with regards to barcode changes, pricing changes, out of stocks and new launches.

Collate targets for the sales team for monthly store base and stretch targets and special events. As well as tracking of commission and retail target achievement at the end of each month.

Work with retailers, salons and sales team to place orders.

Undertake analysis on competitor activity, to spot trends and be at the forefront with regards to new, promotional and limited life activity across all retailers.

Drive consultant and crew incentives with the support of the National Account Managers and National Field Sales Managers

Provide reports and presentations for the Brand Manager and sales team.

Support the organisation of meetings, events and conferences including catering, venue management, travel and budgets.

Support the Brand Manager and sales team with regards to travel arrangements.

Provide ad hoc administration and organisational support as required to National Account Manager & Brand Manager.



  • You will be educated to a degree level with a relevant discipline and preferably within a finance or business management subject.

  • You will have experience in a sales coordinator/business analyst or similar role.

  • You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You will be effective in communicating and have strong interpersonal skills.

  • You will be able to build relationships quickly

  • You will be very organised and methodical and able to meet deadlines.

  • You will be proactive and able to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • You will have attention to detail and good accuracy and will love working with data and numbers.

  • You will be passionate about the beauty industry and keen to learn.
