Role Purpose:

To provide temporary resourcing support across multiple brands and locations in line with business demands ensuring that our Customers continue to receive a high touch shopping experience that is aligned with the vision, philosophy and teaching of the individual brand.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Through the deployment of ‘high touch’ service principles, educate, support and guide our Customers in the selection of products that meet their needs

  • Own and deliver retail sales targets as set by the Counter Management

  • As required undertake business development and promotional activities

  • In conjunction with other counter staff ensure that the counter is kept clean and tidy and is merchandised in line with the Brand requirements

  • As required by the Counter undertake replenishment and stock management duties

  • Proactively foster strong and positive relationships with other team members on counter and in the host store

  • Take responsibility for your own scheduling by utilising the online booking system in line with the agreed process

  • In line with the agreed process take necessary steps to ensure your time and attendance to each assignment is recorded and correct

  • Ensure all personal data is accurate and update it if necessary

  • Ensure that your availability for work is updated in line with the agreed protocols

  • Undertake prescribed brand training and update training

  • Take part in store approval/induction processes as required

  • Ensure the health and safely of self, customers and colleagues by taking all reasonable steps to ensure safety in the workplace

  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

  • To undertake all reasonable tasks as requested

Qualifications

Trait Essential Desirable

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, ideally in retail

  • Passionate about Beauty Industry and its trends

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and able adapt manner to deal with all customers and your team

  • Well organised with excellent time management skills

  • Confident in approach

  • A professional and commercial approach flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the business

  • Enjoys working in fast paced environment

  • Team player with high degree of flexibility

  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm

  • 'Can do’ mentality

  • Customer focused with a strong passion for people
