Perfume Advisor is responsible for achieving sales
goals and developing lasting client relationships by providing the highest
level of customer service and complying with all company policies and

Relate and link sales to maximize basket opportunities
with a strong focus on KPIs.
Build lasting customer relationships and loyalty
through active use of CRM program.
Handle all customers concerns quickly and
efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in all relevant training and
development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by the brand or the
department store in order to maintain a thorough knowledge of brand heritage
and products specificities.
Ensure product presentation is always of a high
standard, in line with the brand merchandising guidelines.
Ensure achievement of quantitative and
qualitative targets in compliance with the brand guidelines, while referring to
both the Counter Manager and Retail Manager.
Comply with all procedures relating to stock
