Travel Retailing wish to appoint a Marketing Coordinator for Tom Ford Beauty, ADF, Smashbox & GlamGlow, TR EMA. The role is primarily responsible for providing Marketing and administrate support to the Marketing team to ensure a smooth running of the department.

The role will include a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Assisting the Marketing Executives on communication to the Sales Team – weekly newsletter with Marketing and Visual Merchandising updates, weekly sell-in reports by region, weekly out of stock report, non-saleable inventory, assortment changes and product announcements

  • Be the main point of contact for creating Counter cards, advertising, and concept pages across all brands according to brand guidelines.

  • Work alongside the Visual Merchandising and marketing team to create innovative and new design concepts and merchandising elements.

  • Managing the department admin (i.e. free of charge product orders, raising shopping carts)

  • Support organisation Sales meetings and Customer meetings, including the bi-annual Sales Cycle Conferences and quarterly ASM meetings

  • Day to day management of the visual library and helping in supplying promotional assets to field and clients

  • Support the Marketing Team by collating and analysing competitive data

  • Assist the digital department by sending correct copy texts, packshots, translations and videos to retailers. Maintaining a Digital database.

  • Responsible for ensuring all retailer.com sites are up to date with the correct assets.

  • Adhoc projects outlined by the Regional Brand Director & Regional Marketing Manager

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have proven experience

in an analytical Marketing administrative function and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience within a Marketing function is required as well as a good understanding of the beauty market and the industry.

  • Must be an Advanced used of Excel

  • Highly analytical and able to effectively prioritise multiple tasks at any given time.

  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong project management skills

  • A flexible and proactive approach.
