Travel Retail EMEA Clinique and Origins - Brand Assistant



Travel Retailing wish to appoint a Brand Assistant, Origins & Clinique Travel Retail Europe, Middle East and Africa. The role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Brand Director and the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the smooth running of the department as a whole.


The role will involve working with the Marketing and Sales teams for the maintenance of the assortment, promotional calendar, the Inflight database and the collateral order form, supporting the Marketing Manager in collating competition data and managing the picture database.

Duties will also involve collating and producing various sales reports, following up sell-in of new products and sell-in & sell-out figures for basic business. There is also scope to get involved on specific projects including sales conferences.

The role will include a range of office management duties including diary management, booking travel and accommodation, organising sales meetings and customer meetings.


The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with proven experience in a related or similar industry. They will be able to work independently, be extremely organised, reliable and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A high degree of numeracy and confident telephone manner are also required.
