role supports the Global Marketing Team in strategically driving GLAMGLOW’s business

by supporting the core business and managing new product launches from concept

to market. This position will collaborate closely with a range of partner

disciplines inclusive of, yet not limited to, Product Development, Packaging,

Operations, Finance, Legal and Creative on a daily basis. This position will

report into the Director, Global Product Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and bring compelling and winningGLAMGLOW products to market; participates in the program concept,development and execution.

  • Manage program development inclusive of bothproduct, sample and collateral (as associated with the launch) to ensureprograms are on time and within the COG target to meet strategic objectives. Partner closely with keycross-functional disciplines inclusive of Product Development / Packaging/ GBSC / Finance / Legal and Creative.

  • Make recommendations for existing linereformulations, repackaging and value opportunities across categories tocontinuously improve product performance, positioning, while alsoimproving brand COGs

  • Develop re-promote programs for existingproducts to continue to support our base, core business.

  • Partner with Global Marketing Team indeveloping all presentations for Global Retailer and Internal Sales meetings.

  • Partner with the overall Global Marketing& Education Team in the planning and execution of event management;including ideation and planning (Sexy/Disruptive/Fun).

  • Partner with Founders, Consumer Marketing andCreative on disruptive messaging and to ensure a consistent 360-executionfor all core animations and new launches.

  • Conduct business reviews to analyze yearlytrends, competitive landscape and category performance to recommend futureproduct opportunities.

  • Support with business analysis and reporting,as required.



  • BS/BA in business, marketing or relatedfield

  • 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (i.e.,Word, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • MAC/PC Proficient

  • Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop andAcrobat

  • Team player – collaborative and highlymotivated to win as team

  • Self-starter and have excellent abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong organization skills

  • Detail oriented with un-promptedfollow-through

  • Must possess excellent communicationskills (oral and written)

  • Demonstrates a passion for the beautyindustry and in particular, understand GLAMGLOW’S philosophy and point ofdifference (SEXY / DISRUPTIVE / FUN)

  • Must have the potential to assumeincreased responsibility
