Perform environmental monitoring, including watersampling, ambient air sampling, compressed air sampling and equipment swabbingwithin the manufacturing plants.
Identify hygiene gaps and risks to product.
Train on the spot for any actions that can becorrected immediately. Review with Manager for any gaps that are larger inscope and work with Manager to develop training program.
Perform sample preparation and testing of rawmaterials, mass and finished goods following existing SOP’s within establishedtimelines.
Adhere to existing lab processes and perform testingand documentation through coordination with microbiologist team.
Work well with microbiologist team members, contributeto team decisions, share ideas, and make suggestions for process improvements. Actas backup to microbiologist role as needed.
Build good relationships,communicate and interact with internal (QA) and external (Operations)customers.

Education : College Diploma in
Science with micro lab experience
Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food
industry manufacturing desirable
Ability to build collaborative relationships based on diverse knowledge, skills and experience, trust and respect

Experienced in using laboratory systems, tracking, trending
results and data for continuous improvement and SAP

understanding of statistical and problem solving techniques, multi-task capability
