Focuses on managing vendor performance, contract execution and VMO operational faceoff with SIAM in support of the Infrastructure spend category. The core responsibilities and skill sets are strategic with some tactical tasks. Requires intimate knowledge of Infrastructure outsourcing agreements and overall GTI strategy with the ability to execute / extract the intended value from the agreements through the contract drafting process

Oversees the monthly Service Leadership Committee meetings (includes managing agenda with vendor and ensuring everything is documented properly for governance purposes) – 10%

Responsible for the supporting documentation associated with vendor governance meetings – includes analysis of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Remediation Action Plans (RAP) as well as driving issue resolution – 5%

Interpret statistics and obtain stakeholder feedback to support creation of vendor account status reports – 10%

Support Strategic Vendor Executive (SVE) in his/her review strategic vendor agreements and revise as necessary to ensure ELC is maximizing benefits while minimizing financial expenditure / exposure. Recommend contract revisions to improve language and reduce gaps/inconsistencies – 15%

Evaluate/negotiate vendor Contract Change Orders (CCO’s), Transaction Schedules and SOWs to ensure documents are in alignment with agreements and contract drafting is correct. Create associated approval packages and present to SVE – 15%

Manage vendor performance scorecards – 10%

Examine trends within the SLA and RAP process to support continuous improvement within the environment – 15%

Track improvements suggested by vendors and/or key stakeholders during the RAP process to ensure issues do not become systemic – 5%

Monitor contract milestones, dates, deliverables in agreements to ensure vendor is meeting its contractual obligations – 5%

Execute and oversee SLA service level credit position and drive through closure. Includes overall analysis and setting ELC’s initial position with vendor – 5%

Supporting the establishment and management of Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and ensure performance management, reporting and service improvements are implemented within GIS – 5%

College degree in Information Systems or Technology/Business related field;

5 to 7 years' experience developing, implementing & managing IT Vendor performance, projects, and relationships.

Prior experience managing IT Vendors

Experience working with geographically dispersed team & customer base.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendor partners

Ability to lead, influence & motivate staff & partners.

Ability to think strategically & communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.

Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and SharePoint
