JOBSUMMARY: To support the Marketing Manager in regards to consumer
marketing, visual merchandising, special events, conferences and meetings.
Work with commercial team, Marketing Manager and NY team to developvisualization calendar by market. Maintainlight box dimension log. Createmonthly visualization artwork requests by door, and ensure on-timedelivery of correct artwork from NY to vendor. Approve vendor proofs for accuracy andensure on time delivery from vendor to doors.
Communicate transparency tracking to Retail Managers and commercialteam, and ensure correct implementation in the stores. Update Retail Managers and commercialteam re visual calendar by market.
Align with Product Marketing Associate to track visualizedcollection order status. Escalateany delays or discrepancies to Marketing Manager, Visual Merchandisingteam, and NY team along with suggested plan of action. Provide clear alternate direction tostores prior to launch date.
Manage detailed billing of transparency costs to the storelevel.
Forecast permanent collateral for new door openings and existingdoor replacement needs. Communicatefuture forecast value to business manager monthly. Place orders against forecasts andfollow up with Distribution Center to ensure fulfillment. Communicate collateral updates and shippingdetails to internal and external teams.
Monitor collateral reserves and action all excess and discontinueditems to minimize reserve levels.
Manage production and distribution ofprinted collateral such as logo block inserts, pricing collateral artwork,brochure forecasts, displayers and temporary fixtures.
Oversee music updates to stores and followup with vendor in case of delays or technical errors. Manage detailed billing of costs to thestore level.
Forecast and distribute staff items andstaff cards to counters.
Create contacts with retailers, airports,and external vendors to investigate and identify brand-appropriate printand digital opportunities for additional exposure. Work with NY team to submit requests forconcept approval and artwork.Maintain database of implemented assets.
Maintain online doorlisting file for NY.
Plan the logistics for all internal onsite and offsite meetingsincluding but not limited to venue, AV, agenda, collateral production, andtransportation.
Prepare analysis and presentations as requested.
Coordinate usage of Corporate Meetingcard. Categorize expenses andgather receipts for Business Manager.
Plan, track, and monitor distributor Advertisingand Promotions spending vs. annual target.Identify charges and provide documentation to Business Manager forrebill.
Track and notify business manager of allfuture marketing expenses.
Track vacation usage of each team memberfor the Regional Director.
Drive the planning and implementation of retail eventsand educational classes. Workdirectly with the New York office, external vendors, Miami team, and storemanagers to ensure that all marketing assets are produced and delivered ontime within budget. Overseeplanning and execution by local team according to brand guidelines.
Analyze event costs regularly throughout the planningperiod to ensure adherence to budget, and use forward, independentthinking to change direction if an event is no longer equitable at anystage of the planning process.
Gather qualitative and quantitative resultspost-event, verify final internal and external costs, perform the finalP&L analysis, and provide summary, feedback, and recommendations tothe Miami and NY teams.
Track regional event goals, costs, and results throughoutthe year in a centralized format for regular comparative analysis.
Build tailored press tour agenda for Senior Artistmarket tours based on the needs of the individual market. Secure venues, models, and collateral asneeded. Provide detailed agenda toSenior Artist including market overview, publication details, audience andsuggested product or topic focus.Gather feedback from Senior Artist, store managers, and presscontacts post visits. Providesummary to Miami and NY teams.
Work with NY and Latin American Global Communicationsteams to identify opportunities for regional editors to attend brand PRevents. Arrange all travellogistics.
Maintain contact list of editors, bloggers andinfluencers by market. Identify and build relationships with new relevantcontacts.
Distribute press samples and releases. Track ROI.
Gather, document and calculate the value of allgenerated free press credits by market, and report quarterly to NY.
Initiate quarterly touch base with Travel Retail Pressteam in London. Identify key storeopenings and relevant events for trade or travel press coverage.
1 years of relevant marketing or marketing-related experience,preferably in the cosmetics/fragrance business (in a similar or relatedindustry).
Bachelor’s degree required.Master’s degree is a plus.
Bilingual (English & Spanish; Portuguese is a Plus).
Willing to travel up to 15% of the time.
Strong Computer knowledge of Windows; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
