  • Managethe current infrastructure of Pricing tools and reporting

  • Preparekey strategic pricing analysis and presentations for General Manager and BrandDirectors, including market price comparison, exchange rate effects, andaffiliate market price increases.

  • Developregional pricing strategies and create necessary infrastructure to supportongoing pricing decisions.


  • Accountableto manage and coordinate the implementation of regional pricing includingcapturing price points for new products, affiliate prices and TREX. Identifyissues where encountered, develop and implement solutions, escalate whennecessary.

  • Responsiblefor teaching, coaching & training pricing team members on advancedanalytics.

  • Managerelationship with Global, Regional and Affiliates pricing teams.

  • SupportRegional leadership team to identify key pricing initiatives needed to improveplanning and processes.

  • Providethought leadership in the development of excel tools to capture and modelfinancial impact of pricing strategies (ROI, P&L implications, Net Sale,Margins etc.)

  • Developreporting capabilities incorporating SAP/BI, and help identify &incorporate new sources of data (internal & external). Develop and Maintaina Regional Pricing Dashboard.

  • Serveas one of the thought leaders in development of pricing strategies.

  • Responsiblefor the data integrity in all pricing reporting tools.

  • Manageworkload of team members, assisting with prioritization and executing pricingfor Clinique, Origins and Tom Ford.

  • Prepareany adhoc discrete studies



  • Bachelor’sdegree required. MBA in Marketing/Finance desirable

  • Minimumof 7 years relevant work experience

  • Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, & presentation skills – ability to presentideas & concepts to Senior Management & get buy-in

  • Stronganalytical skills and ability to think strategically/conceptually;

  • Abilityto automate reports & procedures, streamlining processes to createefficiencies

  • Abilityto partner effectively cross functionally (GIS, Finance, Marketing) &across regions (Global, Regional, Affiliates)

  • Musthave excellent computer skills, SAP & BI knowledge preferable

  • Familiaritywith international & global concepts (VAT, FX, etc.) preferable

  • Mustbe familiar with marketing concepts & product positioning, preferably inprestige consumer goods industry

  • Collaborativedemeanor, but with ability to challenge more senior/tenured parties
