The Analyst role is responsible for supporting various Supplier driven Innovation projects which are large, complex and cross functional. The Analyst will work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Brands and/or Regions. The Analyst will support category-specific strategy development, manage data in SAP and other business function tools, drive portions of select strategic sourcing activities, and assist with building supplier relationship management programs for various categories of direct spend.

The Project Analyst must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to manage activities across multiple projects and areas.

The candidate must be well organized, have the ability to work independently, be resourceful and inquisitive, be able to plan and make decisions quickly, and solve problems based on factual information and innovative solutions. Being a quick learner to become comfortable and savvy with Project Management and stakeholder management is a must.

Special Corporate Program:

  • Provide insight to the planning and execution of all the special corporate projects which includes data gathering, analysis, conclusion and recommendation

  • Create executive reports for all special corporate projects including status, key progress and next steps.

  • Create support materials for all strategy validation meetings with Program Managers (monthly), Steering Committee (every other month) and Executive Sponsors (Quarterly)

  • Assist project leaders to create models and templates assuring that project objectives are accomplished

  • Conduct spend and COGS analysis and support project leaders and core teams with data gathering

  • Create templates to assure follow through, speed of actions and business impact of all special corporate projects and supplier driven innovation initiatives.

  • Develop strong relationships and communications within Procurement, Supply Chain and R&D organizations to drive projects.

  • Provide guidance and assistance to Project Leaders


Bachelors Degree

0 – 2 yrs of experience

5% Travel

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Strong analytical skills

Strong Computer Skills in Excel, Word, Power Point.

Excellent data management/analysis skills.

SAP experience preferred and/or ERP system

Previous work experience in Management Consulting and/or Procurement-related field preferred
