About Analytics

ELC Online leverages

analytics to understand behavior and optimize the experience for the consumers

on each brand site. The Analytics Team

works with all ELC brands to ensure proper data capture, create reports, develop

insights, and provide action plans to improve consumer experiences.

Assistant Manager, Digital Analytics

This position is responsible for conducting

strategic analyses and day to day fulfillment of e-commerce and digital

programs to aid business decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator

with equally strong listening, strategy, and implementation skills that is

driven by a hunger to improve accuracy, capability, and impact of consumer data


  • Reportingand Analysis

  • Manageanalytics relationships with key brands within the portfolio, identifyneeds and opportunities, suggest and execute proactive analysis

  • Overseerelationships and guide analytics strategy with regional team members inEMEA and APAC

  • Develop,provide, and refine regular reporting of website and e-marketing campaignactivity, including website and marketing program performance, clickstream, path analysis, and trends

  • Conductanalysis to inform the business, including site performance, marketing,database, social sentiment, and consumer engagement

  • Interfacewith vendor and 3rd party professional services

  • Driveincreased adoption and value from A/B & multivariate testing

  • Production

  • Ownrelationship with Production team, vendor technical contacts, and siteengineers

  • Managesite production and engineering communications to ensure proper implementation,tagging, and tracking at launch

  • Monitor,identify, and correct reporting issues related to tagging issues andprocess

  • Education

  • Focuson enabling brand teams and other stakeholders in how to access, consume,and action on analysis data

  • Performtraining to brand stakeholders as needed

  • AssistELC Online brand users with training, understanding, and applyingAdobe/Omniture reports



  • Positionrequires 4 years related experience, 3 directly in digital or e-commerce

  • Bachelor’sdegree with emphasis in marketing, statistics, analytics, or equivalentexperience. Masters degree a plus

  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills; must be able to present highimpact analysis to a variety of stakeholders up to Vice President level

  • Extremelyproficient in analyzing and interpreting data, and being able tosynthesize information from a variety of sources and translate intoactionable recommendations in a concise manner

  • Stronghands on quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills with an advancedknowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and macros

  • Atleast 3 years of in-depth digital analytics experience required

  • Commitmentto learning new technology, techniques and processes

  • Experiencewith Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture) preferred

  • Databasemarketing and analysis experience preferred. Experience with SAS a plus

  • Experiencewith data modeling a plus
