Education Manager

Assist with the

management of key projects within the Global Education department that drives

as well as supports global market needs. Projects include the writing and

development of training curriculum for multiple ADF brands as well as creating/sourcing

in-store selling tools which serve diverse points of distribution on a global

basis. Develop and reinforce strong partnerships with internal/external partners

to meet targeted deadlines within budgetary guidelines.


  • Assist with the development of education programs/tools and ensure thetimely delivery of programs to our ADF affiliates

  • Produce selling tools across multiple, diversified brands (9) forin-store use on a global level; conceptualizing initial template design andlayout, sourcing and negotiating with vendors to ensure innovation, ensuring thatprojects and implementation meet budgetary parameters

  • Creating product and selling knowledge profiles for the ADF portfolioof brands: developing content, collaborating with other departments forapprovals and coordinating production/distribution to affiliates, field teamand stores

  • Writing selling tips for in-store use and retailer-specific initiativesfor ADF (e.g., Event Write-ups, Regional based needs)

  • Assist with event planning and logistics for launches, Star Academy,Global Education Meetings,

  • Interfacing and negotiating with multiple vendors to produceinnovative, cost-effective training tools for global roll-out

  • Updating Education assets on a seasonal basis to ensure content is currentand relevant for markets

  • Collaborating with various departments (Marketing, Product Development,Creative, Legal) to ensure projects maintain the appropriate brand voice andpromote brand consistency within designated guidelines

  • Assist with the monitoring and adherence toGlobal Education budget parameters

  • Managing education content posted to ADF GlobalEducation SharePoint

  • Managing special projects and demonstratinginitiative to grow by proactively seeking projects that will fosterprofessional development

  • Assist with the management of the timeline andimplementation of multiple brand uniforms.

  • Manage support tasks for the Global Educationdepartment; Handle CPMS needs, process departmental invoices and order labsamples.



  • Requires 3-4 years of related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Strategic thinker; skilled at conceptualizingand implementing innovative ideas

  • Must be detail oriented with proven abilityto successfully handle multiple assignments

  • Exhibit the spirit of flexibility as well asgrace and finesse under pressure as part of small team

  • Team player who collaborates/negotiates whilecultivating productive internal/external partnerships; possess a keen abilityto well with varying disciplines and departments

  • Requires exceptional writing skills as wellas strong verbal and presentation/platform abilities

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office,PPT, Excel, and Adobe
