This position

is responsible for the management of Digital Marketing campaigns in North

America. The position works closely with our retail partners, the global

digital team, eComm division, creative and external agencies on the development

of digital marketing campaigns that contribute to the achievement of strategic

brand marketing objectives.



Strategy and Campaign Management

  • Managedigital marketing campaigns inclusive of briefings, budgets, and assetexchange for national retailer initiatives

  • ExecuteFall/Spring launch and promotional calendars in US market including 10retailers.

  • DevelopCoOp digital marketing campaign guidelines outlining the digital strategy,assets and measurement in partnership with the Digital Marketing DirectorCorporate Marketing

  • Participatein cross-functional team meetings to contribute digital innovative ideasand communicate digital campaign strategies, asset needs for productlaunches

  • Lead/projectmanage all CoOp campaigns working alongside internal (eComm) and externalteams to ensure campaigns launch as scheduled and within budgets

  • Partnerwith eComm division to ensure integration across Omni-channel efforts suchas driving online sales and in-store traffic via social media platforms

  • Communicatestrategic digital direction to retail partners and provide guidance onmedia briefings

  • Workwith legal on all necessary approvals including contracts, creativecontent and copy.

  • Preparepresentations for the various internal management, retailer andinternational meetings

  • Workclosely with agency teams and media partners to develop first to marketcampaigns

  • Providestrategic guidance / education to Regional Field Executives on CoOp mediaplans and reporting

  • Managedigital flowcharts on a monthly basis and track retailer deliverablesseasonally for each campaign

  • Facilitatecommunication with our retail partners and regional field team via ongoingconference calls and/or in-person meetings.

Measurement & Effectiveness

  • SpearheadCoOp reporting to standardize our analysis to improve performance andeffectiveness

  • Workwith agency team and retail partners on collecting data / results tocompile campaign performance analysis

  • Identifykey drivers across all tactics to optimize future content and programs

  • Thoroughlyunderstand ever-evolving online metrics and liaise with corporate digitalmarketing on best practices and benchmarks

  • Assistsin evaluation of the effectiveness of digital campaigns in order tocompile reporting to internal management and category teams

  • Prepareand present Event Strategies and initiatives for North America SalesMeetings

Manage Brand’s Online Creative Development

  • Guideplanning and development of launch assets/content across all forms ofmedia

  • Overseetimelines and collaborate with digital creative team (as well as externalagencies, when applicable) to drive asset approval and delivery on atimely basis

  • Managethe creative development of digital assets, including social, mobile,display, and video.

  • Ensurecreative is developed that meets the needs of the North America market andretailers

  • Reviewregional/locally developed creative and route with Global Digital CreativeExecutive Director and Global Marketing stakeholders



  • Candidateshould have 3 years of experience--Media Agency or Brand MarketingExperience preferred with expertise in all forms of digital marketing(Social, SEM, Display, Mobile, Video, Performance Data)

  • Extremelyorganized and detail-oriented.

  • Stronganalytical skills to evaluate effectiveness of programs.

  • Creativeproblem-solver who finds answers and thinks fast on his/her feet.

  • Excellentproject management skills, including ability to align internal andexternal partners.

  • Demonstratestrong creative judgment for North American affiliate needs and torecognize engaging, on-brand content (visuals/copy).

  • Self-starterand highly motivated – capable of working independently yetcollaboratively within a fast paced environment

  • Stronginterpersonal and negotiation skills to influence campaign changes viadata driven results

  • Talentfor building and maintaining good relationships with retail partners,global teams, and key external agencies

  • Abilityto “dive in,” manage details, and “get it done” in a resource constrainedenvironment

  • CollegeDegree Required
