The Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a talented professional to join our enterprise learning team as Associate of User Experience & Digital Engagement and will support the Executive Director and Director of Global Sales Capability. The desired candidate will work closely with the team and other stakeholders to develop, curate and execute relevant, engaging and seamless learning experiences for retail employees of our organization.

This role collaborates closely with the Manager of Global Sales Capability and will execute the go-to-market strategy of digital learning assets and resources. This includes curriculum, learning tools and communication assets. He or she must be consumer marketing focused with proven track record of creating online customer experiences. Fluency with digital experiences across platforms is expected. The qualified candidate will also work closely with the learning team to review on-going learner feedback to iterate and improve the learning assets.

Strong technology and project management skills are critical. Problem solving is expected to help make informed decisions on the job. Must be innovative and demonstrate credibility, transparency, and collaboration when working with others.

The role of User Experience & Engagement, Associate, will support the Executive Director of Global Sales Capability by driving the enterprise learning experience to create a culture of discovery, curiosity and growth. Will help create and drive innovative digital experiences that meet the needs & behaviors of our retail employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload digital content on technology solutions (i.e., learning management systems, digital apps, etc.)

Day-to-day responsibilities for problem solving technical issues for users on systems within learning ecosystem.

Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to increase learning engagement and user adoption on learning platforms to drive 360 learner experiences

Gather learning data and insights for continuous iteration and enhancements to drive digital learning engagement

Support and execute the communication and go-to-market strategy for retail learning programs and experiences globally

Contribute to the creation of prototypes for user testing around digital education and engagement

Participate in test and learn scenarios with other UX, technical, and learning teams.


Bachelor’s Degree

<5% Travel

2 years in a consumer-facing, technology related or digital engagement role

Strong experience with executing go-to-market strategies for a product, service or digital campaign

Skills Required:

Fluency of consumer digital channels

UI/UX, Design Thinking methodologies and mindset

Ability to learn technology and systems quickly

Technical understanding of digital learning platforms, a major plus

Excellent digital communication skills

Excellent collaboration & project management skills

Continuous desire and curiosity to educate and master skills around the latest trends, consumer insights and digital engagement
