La Mer Associate International Online
Associate International Online is responsible for managing the execution of La
Mer's Global Online Marketing strategy across all markets and partnering with
international teams to develop market/regional-specific programs to drive
sales, opt-ins, create brand awareness and widen product distribution through
online and mobile channels. This position reports to the Executive Director of
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Spearhead strategy calls with International eCommerce teams to assessthe online business and market needs.
Lead the overall content data entry into product databases; manage sitemaintenance team, production, engineers, and peers on refreshes, includingextensive QA for all enhancements & promotions.
Work with international teams (regional and individual markets) todevelop customized online and mobile programs to reach international consumersand keep up with emerging online trends in the marketplace.
Partner with marketing on social media/digital marketing internationalprograms.
Pitch international online programs to key stakeholders in the brandfor approval
Lead creative development meetings, helping to identify overallbusiness goals to meet the international project needs.
Communicate design goals and messages to create participants, ensuringintegration of design requirements to all phases of production of internationalprojects
Coordinate programs across international engineering and marketingdepartments to execute programs.
Create and maintain international online program calendars andeffectively communicate new initiatives to international teams.
Provide strategic brand and marketing directive for all internationalecommerce and mobile launch projects.
Participate in and prepare presentations for key meetings withinternational brand teams, either in the U.S. or abroad.
Work with brand creative/marketing teams to create guidelines for keyprograms/initiatives.
Manage creative timelines, delivery programmatic market rollout kits(i.e. copy documents, brand assets, landing pages, etc), and ensure timelyasset delivery of all global programs.
Create and maintainGlobal eCommerce reports
At least 2 years project management experience in an agency or clientside with at least some experience in ecommerce
Proven ability to delivery a range of digital projects deliveringapproved project scope to agreed time, cost and quality
Ability to manage timelines and internal project resources
Ability to develop/ manage project management plan
Liaison between creative services, marketing, merchandising andengineering to collect technical, creative and content requirements and assureopen communication and work flow between all team members
Excellent at scheduling with a talent for pushing the project along,keeping everything on track. Positive, committed attitude
Very strong knowledge of web technologies and e-commerce platform
Ability to communicate complex ideas or processes in a simplifiedprofessional manner across international markets
Excellent relationship and project management skills
Superb communication skills
Ability to apply e-commerce best practices to project management
Web Usability, User Experience, QA testing, and Microsoft Office
International experience a plus
