TITLE: COORDINATOR, GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS, NORTH AMERICA, ESTÉE LAUDER, THE ESTÉE EDIT AND AERIN BEAUTY
This position supports Executive Director and Manager on all North America PR functions across all media platforms for Estée Lauder, The Estée Edit and AERIN Beauty brands.

Liaise and develop strong relationships with social media influencers as well as magazine/newspaper/online/ broadcast editorial press contacts on daily product and information requests.
Assist with social media/digital press initiatives and outreach to help increase the brand’s earned media value across multiple channels.
Develop creative press e-blasts presenting product launches and brand announcements.
Lead and organize product mailings to editors and industry influencers, and strategize creative mailings to support key launches.
Initiate and organize quarterly makeup artist mailings and build relationships with key artists/agents to secure social media and editorial coverage.
Support Executive Director and Manager with logistics for all press events.
Compile press coverage and organize department clip reports for distribution.
Manage content updates for the Online Press Room, including updating pricing, availability and contact information for existing products.
Liaise with NY-based cross-functional departments, including the Global PR team, Special Events, Marketing, Product Development, etc. on launches, events and needs for Estée Lauder, The Estée Edit and AERIN Beauty.
Manage press sample forecasts with the Global Marketing team and work closely with North America counterparts on saleable needs for the department.
Assist with creating department presentations and liaising with outside vendors as needed.
Keep editorial product closet stocked and organized; order product for launches and daily use.
Manage NA budget with Executive Director and process invoices; manage department AMEX meeting card and process monthly reconciliations.
Update US press contact list on a continuing basis.
Manage department temps when brought in for special projects.
Keep department equipment running smoothly.
One year relevant experience. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work with senior executive/Lauder family offices with confidence. Solid organizational skills. Team player. Solid computer and visual skills. Creative thinker. Understanding of the cosmetics industry, fashion trends, pop culture and media. Strong knowledge of online and social media landscape.
