The purpose of this job, Director - Brand Marketing Solutions Lead, is to support the VP, Marketing and Creative Solutions, GIS in the Marketing Process and Technology Initiatives aimed to empower Marketing teams across ELC brands through improved Digital Technology solutions and thought leadership. This role will be responsible for managing the technology solutions for Product Marketing, Consumer/Social Marketing, and establishing business partnerships across the Brands. This role will develop and manage the technology solution strategy based on Brand needs and complexity, and drive the end-to-end integration of the Marketing Process to deliver speed, agility, accuracy, and increase in sales.

The purpose of this job, Director - Brand Marketing Technology Lead, is to support the VP, Marketing and Creative Solutions, GIS in the Global Brand Marketing Evolution and Digital/Social Consumer Engagement Initiatives. These initiatives, and this role, aim to accelerate consumer marketing and the development of digitally-enabled consumer engagement, creating customer journeys that are seamless across channels and lead to lasting loyalty and brand advocacy. This role will enable improved strategy and execution in creating, sharing, and optimizing digital and social consumer engagement, through consideration of tools, partnerships,

processes, and talent. This role will define key processes around Marketing to identify the right technology solutions to support top-line growth, and drive end-to-end integration of overall multi-channel marketing strategy. This role will establish the technology capability to enable a Single View of Consumer for ELC brands and regions, connecting the power of GIS delivery capabilities with Marketing opportunities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and manage business relationships with Corporate Marketing and Brands to identify key process areas for technology automation

  • Develop a Consumer Journey mapping for ELC brands across channels, focused on Content Management, Consumer Engagement, and Social Listening

  • Research and evaluate new technologies relevant to immediate Brand opportunities and needs

  • Accountable for developing the marketing technology solution strategy and implementation/execution road-map

  • Deliver and manage Marketing Technology solutions for core capabilities related to Single View of Consumer, Multi-channel Marketing, Social Engagement, and Marketing Analytics

  • Own the solution design and architecture for Marketing Technology solutions. Responsible for managing any changes to the current solutions/tools, enhancements, and/or process and technology improvements

  • Manage the relationships with SaaS vendors and solution providers. Ability to work with solution vendors to evaluate their offerings and fit/gap with ELC requirements

  • Work independently to project manage, engage, and coordinate activities across key points of contacts in GIS, Brands, and external vendors

  • Manage and lead a team of senior business analysts

  • Engage with GIS and Business stakeholders to advise on strategy and provide ongoing status reports

Qualifications

  • Strong business analysis skills (business requirements and process translation and documentation, market research analysis)

  • Strong problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skills, with experience in working with Marketing Teams from multiple brands. Technology story-telling capability to bring excitement with Brands and business partners

  • Experience in and passion for Digital Marketing and Technology Solutions (preferably in CPG industry)

  • Experience in connecting and managing Niche players and existing Technology partners for PoC and scalability

  • Experience in vendor management and deploying global solutions across multiple consumer brands

  • Minimum Education level:Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 8
