PrincipleObjective: The Director

for Education and Talent Development is responsible for the conceptualization,

development and execution with the field of Beauty Advisor, Counter Manager and

Field Executive training programs and support tools responding to North America

market needs.


Developmentof Education and Talent Management Programs

  • Conceptualize, develop and writetraining materials, print tools and audio-visual components.

  • Develop and write North Americaselling and service strategies for seasonal initiatives.

  • Responsible for North America curriculum design andexecution for Global adaptation programs including Learning Lab,Beautiful Start, and Re-Nutriv

  • Plan, oversee, and execute FieldExecutive Orientation and additional Talent Development Workshopsthroughout the year.

  • Participate in Field Super Territory Meetings and AnnualConferences.

  • Provide ongoing strengthmanagement coaching for Field Executives to ensure they identify anddevelop talent and skill in their markets.

  • Pointperson for Field and NYO Talent Plus and TalentBank

  • Partnerwith Sales and Education Field Directors to develop Education ExecutiveFacilitation Skills.

  • Facilitate Education and TalentDevelopment programs in key meetings including Education and SalesConferences.

  • Provide additionalwriting/editing for retailer need, seminars and print materials as needed.

  • Test and evaluate programs tomeasure value and success.

  • ManagesNorth America Launch Calendar and Point of Sale Priorities between Marketing,Events, and Education.

  • Liaisonof NOAM development needs with the Global Brand.

  • Partnerwith Global on ELX timing needed for launch activity and service platforms inNOAM.

  • Overseethe development of content for Seasonal Programming Guidelines on productlaunches. Partner with Marketing for seamless message on product launches andpriority programs.

  • Seekout and collaborate with RVP’s and Retailers on customer recruitment andretention strategies

  • Partnerwith the field to provide strategies for all education and event programs andindividual account needs. Lead the North America Mentor Council.

Developmentof Strategic Solutions

  • Collaborate with Special Events, Marketing,Product Development, Creative Operations and Legal teams to ensure consistencyof message and accuracy of product information and strategic objectives.

  • Strategically Plan the USA launch ofdevelopment programs with clear timelines for launch, and execution plans tomeasure program ROI consistently.

  • Develop and participate inprograms executed at the annual Education Conferences.

  • Research and evaluate alternative managementdevelopment tools on an ongoing basis.



  • Minimum8 years prior experience in a corporate environment.

  • Strongwriting and facilitation skills.

  • Fundamentalknowledge of strength management.

  • Must bearticulate and possess a professional demeanor.

  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiencyutilizing Microsoft Office applications.

  • Abilityto multitask in a fast paced environment and respond with sense ofurgency.

  • Abilityto work well independently and with a team, attention to detail andaccuracy.

  • Superiororganizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
