Le Labo is

currently seeking a Director of Education & Events in the New York City

Headquarters to join their fast paced, dynamic team. This position will

lead Le Labo Global Retail Education and Event efforts with the objective to

bring the unique DNA of Le Labo to life and drive sales ahead of the industry.

This candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the brand wins with dedicated

staff as well as retail staff across various channels. This role will also lead

all brand events spanning both education and consumer events for superior

execution in-store. This position will

work with regions, travel retail and online in the execution of Le Labo

education and event strategy.

This position reports to the Global General Manager, and

requires working very closely with various functions and teams within the

brand. Need someone with deep PASSION for Le Labo and what it stands for.


  • Articulate and shape Le Labo retaileducation and event pillar into a key business driver for the brand.

  • Inspire and motivate dedicatededucation and field teams as well as retail staff across a diverseportfolio of channels world-wide (FSS, DS, specialty multi, perfumeries)

  • Direct and execute theglobal retail education and event strategy for the Le Labo brand on ayearly basis.

  • Partner with global product marketing,global consumer marketing, product innovation and packaging in theplanning and conceptualization of winning launches and categories.

  • Develop and craftstrategic global education programs and create disruptive education tools. Ensure thatmarket-specific and cultural needs are met within programs.

  • Direct all consumer event efforts. Workclosely with global partner disciplines to bring Le Labo uniquepositioning to life. Drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion andadvocacy. Explore opportunities to link to brand’s social media engine.

  • Work closely withregions, travel retail and online in the execution of Le Labo retaileducation and event strategy. Leada range of education sessions globally.

  • Ensure programs and formats areresults-driven, unexpected, and convey an uncompromised sense of luxury.Measure the impact of the programs through sales results. Continuouslyimprove.

  • Join GM and/or Founders at select pressand events as required.



  • BS/BApreferred

  • 10 years ofrelevant work experience

  • Someone whoexudes passion for Le Labo and understands the brand DNA

  • Strongexperience in global retail education and consumer events

  • Strongexperience in working with regions and markets world-wide

  • Strongpresentation skills both verbal and written

  • Strongproject management skills

  • Ability to lead, develop, and inspire ateam

  • Ability towork closely with creative teams to bring creative assets to life

  • Ability toanalyze data and deduce implications for future executions

  • Team-player –highly collaborative and highly motivated to win as team
