Responsible for leading the development of cutting edge learning content for our digital global learning website, designed to elevate the engagement and influence of over 20,000 Beauty Advisors and sales associates in 53 countries and 27 languages.
Lead the conceptualization, writing and creative development of innovative new digital content for ELX, our global learning website.
Research the latest digital/learning trends to develop innovative content to elevate learning retention and user engagement.
Oversee the planning and timely implementation of all learning content for ELX for all regions to support business and regional market needs.
Partner with Global Services Team to understand all operational components of site, including development timelines and work flow plans from ELX vendor, budget and market execution.
Collaborate with regional education teams to ensure market relevancy.
Partner with Marketing, Product Development and Legal to ensure learning content aligns with brand objectives and strategies.
Lead and manage two direct reports in the conceptualization, writing and development of digital learning content.
Immersion in Beauty Advisor and field culture to understand nuances of consumer experience and selling behaviors.
- Responsible for the writing and development of product communications for selling staff to support seasonal marketing calendar.
Position requires 8 years learning and development or digital relatedexperience
