Director, Organization Design and Change Management
Brand: Estée Lauder Companies Corporate Departments
Accountable for the overall execution of Organization Design and Change Management activity globally to the Brand portfolio of projects.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for the consistent execution of the enterprise wide Organization Design and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy
across all initiatives/projects that originate within the brand
Owns and drives OD/OCM activities for all initiatives/projects that originate within a brand in partnership with the HR Business partner
Accountable for change adoption of all stakeholders, including region and function, for all initiatives and projects that originate within a brand
Liaise and collaborates with Region and Function Change leads on the deployment and execution of Brand led OCM activities to Function and Region stakeholders
Partners with Brand leadership to have rolling understanding of all OD and Change taking place within a brand that may influence sequencing and risk of initiative timing
Partners with Brand leadership to assess and propose Brand OD/OCM resourcing options
Works with preferred 3rd party vendors aligned with CoE on contracting and scoping for external OD/OCM services
Works with Brand leadership to assess and align on OD/OCM risk based on existing initiatives and current OD/OCM support levels
Recruits and staffs core Brand OD/OCM CoE Roles (FTE vs. Part Time, Internal vs. External)
Leverages Estee Lauder Companies (ELC) OD/OCM Methodology and tools/templates, in execution of all Brand led OD/OCM initiatives
Develops and maintains a rolling Brand stakeholder analysis of internal and external stakeholders, including historical context of change, biases, OD/OCM barriers, lessons learned, and pathways to success
Leverages ELC OD/OCM effort and resource estimator and as necessary works with enterprise-wide OD/OCM CoE to validate
Partners with Talent and L&D to build Brand OD/OCM capability as defined, including development and execution of OD/OCM “Training” Sessions
Facilitates Change and OD Workshops and Training sessions as necessary to develop organizational capability in OD/OCM
Maintains rolling dashboard and list of Brand OD/OCM projects which serves as an input to the Enterprise-wide CoE change dashboard.
Escalates Brand issues to Enterprise OD/OCM CoE as needed
Conducts Quality Assurance reviews of OD/OCM initiatives taking place within the brand
Align with Brand HRBPs to ensure alignment and role in OCM as well as touch points with OD work
Active participation, ownership, and contribution of content and dialogue to the global OD/OCM Community of Practice
