The Estee Lauder Companies is looking for a strategic leader with deep experience with Digital Marketing technology to join the Enterprise Architecture & Technology Innovation organization. We are a mobile, cloud, and digital-first organization embarking on many exciting new Digital initiatives and are looking for a digital leader who wants to make a difference in the company.
The Digital Marketing Enterprise Architect will have a deep understanding of social, mobile, and web technologies, have extensive experience working with marketing agencies, media, and content providers, and have experience driving enterprise level implementations of marketing technology. They will have experience with programmatic media buying technology, content management systems, social listening/monitoring/response, and understand the ever changing marketing partner landscape. The Digital Marketing Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining the Digital Marketing technology strategy to support the business, informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape. They translate business requirements into a single strategic view that drives global organizational, process, and technology changes and act as an advocate for the customer, as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address business problems.
Provides architectural design and documentation that spans multiple applications and/or functions. 25%
Participates, and may lead, on complex projects and/or programs with significant impact on IT and/or business. 25%
Serves as an expert consultant to senior leadership and senior IT staff on IT architecture and long term systems strategies. 25%

Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.

Understands impact of emerging business trends and their implications for ELC and its customers.
