The Primary focus of this position is to develop creative new media and editorial initiatives alongside the Executive Director of Editorial (The Wink) and Director of Social Media. The role will work closely with the Executive Director Creative Ideation (Consumer Marketing) and the Executive Director Creative Platforms (Digital), to ensure content meets 360 business requirements and formats.

Under leadership of the VP Creative Consumer Communications, the Executive Director Creative Content is responsible for the conception and asset creation of all content in owned Social and Editorial channels - including The Wink, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. Assets will include photography, film, animation and illustration.


  • Acting as the hub of creative content alignment across Global Marketing, PR and Editorial, conceptualize creative strategies and content for all social sites globally

  • Liase with Social Media and Global Marketing Directors to concept and art direct monthly Instagram photo shoots

  • Partner Executive Director Editorial to concept and art direct editorial calendars, including monthly content for The Wink (film, photo and illustration)

  • Partner with Global Marketing and Education to concept and art direct bi-annual How-To Videos

  • Partner Executive Directors in PR and Global Marketing to concept and art direct brand communications films and presentations

  • Attend photo shoots and video shoots to ensure accurate visual, content and align with approved creative direction

  • Introduce new talent, vendors and agencies for video and digital projects

  • Work closely with other Creative Executive Directors to generate seasonal ideas for campaigns and brand equity initiatives


  • Maintain visual and conceptual consistency with offline brand strategy and design

  • Exhibit a broad understanding of the digital media market, leading trends and changes in consumer behavior

  • Communicate design goals and messages to creative participants, ensuring integration of

  • design requirements into all phases of production

  • Oversee production process of all social assets and applications

  • Research and analyze industry trends and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and creative techniques


  • Portfolio of work demonstrating ability to concept and direct all relevant media

  • BA or BFA preferred

  • 8 years minimum of art direction experience

  • Hands-on abilities in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Demonstrated thorough understanding of global social media platforms

  • Exhibit a broad understanding of the digital media market, leading trends and changes in consumer behaviour

  • Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines

  • Superior written and organizational skills

  • Understanding of current fashion trends

  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
