PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:

This

position is responsible for the management of Global Digital / Consumer

Marketing campaigns and will support the Director of Global Digital Marketing. The

position works closely with global marketing, Esteelauder.com, global digital

regionals, creative and external agencies on the development of digital

marketing campaigns that contribute to the achievement of strategic brand

marketing objectives.

An

analytical and strategic thinker is required to identify new opportunities for

the Estee Lauder brand as well as analyze current programs performance.

Campaign Management andStrategy

  • Manageglobal digital consumer marketing campaigns, inclusive of briefings, ideation,and asset development.

  • Developdigital marketing campaign guidelines outlining the digital campaign strategyand assets in partnership with Global Digital Director.

  • Partnerwith esteelauder.com team to ensure integration across digital and ecommerceefforts at a campaign level.

  • Communicateglobal campaign strategies to digital regionals and provide strategic guidanceon their local implementation and initiatives.

  • Participatein cross-functional team meetings to contribute digital innovative ideas andcommunicate digital campaign strategies for product launches.

  • Understandthe digital competitive arena. Bring new ideas to the table based oncompetitive review of the digital and online marketplace as well as followingindustry news.

  • Workwith legal on all necessary approvals including contracts, creative and copy.

  • Prepare presentationsfor the various internal management, retailer and international meetings

  • Ensuredigital marketing projects are tracking on budget.

  • Developglobal media and measurement guidelines for campaigns. Liaise with Global Media Executive Directorfor alignment.

  • Workclosely with the North America team and Media Agencies to develop mediastrategy inclusive of social media outreach.

  • Providestrategic guidance to digital regionals on their local media plans.

Project Management ofBranded Online Creative Development

  • Work closely withthe global marketing team to develop campaign briefs for digitalinitiatives.

  • Manage thecreative development of digital assets, including social, mobile, display,video, CRM, and loyalty content.

  • Partner closelywith the Director of Digital to coordinate all aspects of special videoproduction needs including, development of scope, legal contracts, creativeconcept ideation, management of 3 rd party agencies andtimelines, product sourcing, creative deliverables and productionapprovals from key stakeholders, etc.

  • Liaise with the globalcreative team as well as external agencies to drive creative developmenton a timely basis.

  • Ensure creative isdeveloped that meets the needs of the global affiliates and can beintegrated at a local level.

  • Partner with NorthAmerica Digital Media Director and creative team on North America creativedevelopment to ensure it aligns with the global campaign.

  • Ensure thatcreative reinforces brand’s prestige position.

Manage Brand’s DigitalMeasurement

  • Work with consumerengagement team and international markets on collecting data / results tocompile campaign performance analysis.

  • Assists inevaluation of the effectiveness of digital campaigns in order to compilereporting to internal management and category team.

  • Establish bestpractices and key performance indicators thru learnings and share acrossglobal affiliates to facilitate education process.

  • Work closely withthe Esteelauder.com team to put key tags in place to track programs.

  • Identify keydrivers and make recommendations for optimization and futureimplementation within the overall strategy.

Global Management &Best Practices

  • Facilitatecommunication with the digital regionals via ongoing conference calls.

  • Communicate and helplead best practice sharing back to regions and lead markets

  • Review regional/locally developedcreative and route with VP Consumer engagement, VP Digital Creative GlobalDigital Creative, Global Marketing stakeholders and Legal.

  • Manage digital asset tracker to trackcampaign asset deliverables and issue tracker to digital regionals on amonthly basis.

  • Manage Estee Lauder’s digital videoasset expiry library and communicate digital video usage guidelines to thedigital regionals.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate shouldhave 5 years of experience

  • Considers him/herselfan 'early adopter' of digital trends, and has a passion for digital mediaand devices

  • Keen understandingof digital marketing arena with ability to interface with Internationalmarkets to facilitate program rollouts

  • Strong projectmanagement skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent dataanalytical skills with ability to evaluate marketing programs

  • Innovative-Willingnessto experiment with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creativesolutions to difficult problems

  • Needs to thrive ina fast paced environment, oversee multiple projects, and work well withcross functional teams

  • Agency or BrandMarketing Experience preferred with experience in digital marketing

  • Strongcommunication –Clearly communicates expectations. Can relate to a range ofpeople spanning business to creative to technical discipline

  • College DegreeRequired
