Role: Manager, Digital Marketing, Lab Series

Summary: Manage digital global strategies that animate

across all touch points of the digital consumer experience.

  • Work in conjunction withglobal marketing and communications teams to ensure 360 strategy execution,leading with a digital-first approach. Manage global digital/social strategydevelopment and implementation.

  • Oversee strategy &development of digital marketing assets including social content, influencers,all non-promotional site content and other digital assets including video.

  • Serve as a globaldigital marketing resource for affiliates and regions via ongoing conferencecalls and manage local needs accordingly (strategic recommendations, providingassets, post-launch followthrough, etc).Work to promote greater digital fluency among staff globally.

  • Interface/liaise withkey Estee Lauder Brand digital leaders, sharing insight and best practices.

  • Lead cross-functionaldigital efforts, partnering with Global Communications, Consumer Engagement,Online, Creative, & Customer Relations, ensuring all department goals arereflected in digital executions

  • Manage relationshipswith existing digital agency partners and vendors

  • Provide key data andanalysis of digital efforts by monitoring, measuring and reporting results viadashboards and comprehensive quarterly business review

  • Accountable forhigh-quality, on-time, on-budget results.

  • Develop digital campaigns,analyzing business needs and plans, providing ROI analysis of programs.

  • Execute social listeningendeavors in tandem with global marketing calendar

  • Interface/liaise withkey Estee Lauder Brand digital leaders, sharing insight and best practices.

  • Manage Associate,Social Community Engagement

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Degree

  • 5 years related experience

  • Four-yearcollege degree or equivalent.

  • 5 related experience, e.g., digital marketing, digital media planning, digitalprogram project management, etc.

  • Active daily life in social media

  • Branding/environmental/beauty/fashion experience desirable

  • Demonstrated communication skills

  • Working knowledge of web design, digital mediaassets, etc.
