In an

effort to increase the brand awareness and visibility of the Clinique Brand in

the digital space in LATAM, this Digital/PR professional will lead and manage

the strategy and effectiveness of the brand consumer touch-points in the social

/ digital / mobile/Influencers/PR space to create valuable presence, engagement and advocacy with consumers. This role will work cross-departmentally with

other touch-point owners (Global Marketing, PR, Online/Ecommerce, and Retail)

to deliver consistency and coherency on the regional strategy as well as integrating

local relevancy when necessary, providing a fully integrated approach to all

facets of the brand. This role will lead the content management of the region

partnering with affiliates, agencies and Corporate Marketing in full alignment

with the Global & Regional Brand strategy. This regional role will be

responsible to supervise & support affiliate’s execution as well as any

local approved development.

Key Area ofFocus:

  • Develop a cohesive regional strategy andexecution plan for creating branded communities (leading to social sharing, etc.) and enhance Facebook/twitter/mobile/PR influencers etc programs (leading toinsights and earned media).

  • Communicate strategies and programs - to theAffiliates, providing education and strategic guidance with Global support sothe affiliates can develop and execute relevant programs.

  • Partner with the affiliates to manage budget andresource allocation according to Global & Regional direction.

  • Lead relationships with external vendorssupporting all Consumer Engagement strategies and programs.

  • Create, follow up and update regularly LATAMContent Calendar ensuring maximum leverage creating traffic buildinginitiatives in full alignment with the Regional Brand Strategy.

  • Lead the effort to align the content &commercial calendar between On-line and off line.

  • Partner with regional Marketing to support themarkets in best use of existing content


  • Support LATAM Marketing Director in shapingregional consumer digital marketing engagement strategy.

  • Manage development and execution of integratedand cohesive "pull strategy" that reflects Brand DNA and is groundedin the digital/social/mobile space/PR influencers for LATAM

  • Partner with affiliates on the development &approval of the Email strategy.

  • Manages Regional content calendar based on proposalfrom affiliates.

  • Oversees Paid Media and Influences A&Pallocations by vehicles & franchise to maximize impact and effectiveness.

  • Based on Global Programs collaborate closelywith local teams on locally relevant execution of Global assets and messagingfor all social/digital/mobile projects to ensure content, editorial and rightbrand voice.

  • Orchestrate frequent updates to the overalldigital content (i.e. blogs, stories, podcast, Facebook and/or Twitter).

  • Measure and analyze overall campaign performanceand provide insights and key learnings across departments.

  • Track specific milestones, including relatedemail, social and advertising conversion rates, and other key measures thatrelate to the campaign including any ROI against project goals.

  • Interface with media and agency outlets toadd/explore capabilities and special needs as needed for key projects. Followup on local executions of online advertising, including banners, and campaignoptimization.

  • Support, supervise and approved in partnershipwith Global any local development of assets or locally relevant initiatives.



  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA in business, marketingor related field)

  • 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing,working in online media and/or e-Commerce environments with a focus on digitalmarketing development (experience with social media a plus)

  • Strong working knowledge of display advertising,email marketing and affiliate marketing programs

  • Ability to analyze data and deduce implicationsfor media, website and social engagement strategies

  • Ability to build and maintain good rapport withexternal vendors and handle situations with confidence, tact, andresourcefulness

  • Self-starter and highly motivated; capable ofworking independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment.
