collaboration with North America Sales and Marketing teams, manage business and

relationships with online retail partners and licensed brands (i.e.,

Macy’,, Tory Burch, etc.) through identifying opportunities for

brand exposure and drive to achieve sales and brand goals. Maintain and enhance Aramis & Designer

Fragrances (ADF) portfolio presence across all retailer ecommerce sites. ADF fragrance

portfolio includes DKNY, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Ermenegildo Zegna, etc.)

Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the execution of digital

e-commerce oriented content and campaigns. Support the ADF team with analytics of

merchandising, marketing, site development efforts and asset trafficking. Cross

functionally lead seasonal digital marketing program planning across ADF

portfolio. Collaborate with NA Marketing and ADF Creative Services to ensure timelines

for asset delivery are established and achieved. Manage and develop Associate ADF ecommerce.


  • LeadQA for brand presence on retailer sites ensuring brands are merchandised andpresented in line with equity standards and licensor guidelines.

  • Evaluatepromotion plans for retail partners and share post event analytics and programsuccesses across ADF field and marketing teams.

  • Conductfinal user testing and quality assurance processes on all new retailer pages,applications, e-mails, offers and new products to ensure accuracy, browsercompatibility and high quality user experience.

Marketing/Merchandising Support

  • Liaisewith retailer partner in conjunction with ADF field, to strategize Omni brand participationin promotional activity and merchandising strategies.

  • Developnew programs/content to grow business through special programs,customer acquisition, retention, online marketing.

  • Collaboratewith ADF field team and marketing to create and execute promotional activitiesand online merchandising strategies.

  • boutique refreshes in partnership with retail partners.


  • Work withretailers, and internal teams to develop and create online assets formarketing and/or merchandising purposes.

  • Regularly crossfunctionally collaborate with KAMs/KAMOs to ensure ADF portfolio is optimallybeing driven across retailer ecommerce sites,

  • Ensure thatproducts and brands are merchandised in line with brand strategies andequity requirements.

  • Routinelymonitor the competitive landscape and quarterly share learnings crossfunctionally.

  • Assist withproviding site development recommendations and sharing best practicesacross retail partners and licensors.



  • At least 5 years related online experience with an emphasis in developing prestige brands in an ecommerce selling environment.

  • Strong understanding of/interest in digital marketing, along with an aptitude for learning quickly and taking on new challenges.

  • Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and change direction quickly. Embraces both big picture objectives and has impeccable follow through and time management skills.

  • Positive, committed attitude with ability to work effectively cross functionally.

  • Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e., web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies).

  • Ability to manage timelines and internal project resources.

  • Very strong knowledge of web technologies and e-commerce platform

  • Web usability, User Experience, QA testing, and Microsoft Office

  • Adobe Photoshop and .Net experience a plus
