Principle Objective:

Manage program content and

concept needs (programs, videos, shoots) in partnership with creative and

licensor to drive engagement across all consumer touch points and enhance Tom

Ford Beauty brand social visibility online.



  • Partner with Creative and other internal departmentsto perform content mapping, artwork/video needs assessment, and update visualcalendars for all consumer facing programs

  • Develop shoot briefs, shot lists and assetspecs/requirements in collaboration with global cross-functional departmentsand regional marketers

  • Manage usage rights process,budget, briefing and trackers for global and regional usage needs

  • Conceptualize new contentprograms and manage activations as it relates to fashion house approvals, tracking,art deadlines, and feedback loop on local execution

  • Liaise with regional teams and Creative to ensureprograms are modified or developed with for local market relevancy

  • Lead owned social media strategy; develop new ideas/conceptsin partnership with Creative and TFI to manage concept through to execution.

  • Stay abreast and report back to executive teams onglobal competitive content activity, engagements rates, and global trends.

  • Oversee social mediacontent calendar with consumer associate

  • Partner with CreativeOperations on production prioritization, management of timelines, andrequirements for shoots—assist in keeping cross-functional departments regularlyupdated on timing for briefs, shoots, post-production, asset delivery, etc.

  • Establish andmanage shoot budget including: annual budget planning, monthly closes, re-forecasts,and accruals. Oversee associate for new vendor set-up and invoice processing 

  • Adapt benchmarks, report on program performance, bestpractices and make actionable recommendations on optimization and futureprograms

  • Liaise with Globalcommunications on content needs for press events and lead adaptations forconsumers executions in-store and online

  • Partner with education,merchandising and global communications to concept event and enhanced animationat counters, oversee execution and guidelines.

  • Supervise and developConsumer Associate, consumer marketing


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years ofrelated experience

  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to gainconsensus across multiple stakeholders

  • Storyteller who can inspire with acompelling and well-reasoned narrative

  • Must have a creative mindset and strong understandingof digital platforms and asset types

  • Excellent team player with the ability to build,foster and nurture relationships with a range of people spanning from seniorleadership, to regional to creative teams.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment withagility and accuracy

  • Highly creative withexperience in identifying and devising digital campaigns that engage, informand motivate.

  • Ability to handle situations with confidence, maintaincomposure and productivity in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication, organization skills andattention to detail.

  • Luxury category preferred
