Responsible for global marketing

activities related to Skincare / Primer categories.



  • Supports Executive Director in thedevelopment of global marketing category strategy.

  • Participates in the development ofthree year product planning, global and regional marketing calendars.

  • Prepares regular subcategory reviews,strategies and programs.

  • Helps drive financial management ofcategory, need gap analysis and business mix.

  • Responsible for all strategic elementsof category: Feasibilities, COG, Pricing, SKU Management, Calendar andMerchandising.

  • Help lead efforts to reduce costsacross managed categories by performing value analysis and issuing guidelinesfor new development.

  • Prepares presentations and presents atvarious senior management meetings: Strategy Meetings, Orientations, RegionalMeetings, etc.

  • Responsible for attending, presentingand recapping all marketing topics for important relevant category.



  • Stays abreast of global competitiveactivity and trends. Conducts competitive analysis on regular basis for eachbusiness segment; analyzes new competitive product launches and maintainscomplete, up to date competitive advertising and collateral files.

  • Helps drive the conceptual developmentof marketing programs considering strategic fit.

  • Initiates and directs all categorystrategies and projects, including InnovationPortal, Creative Requests, Collateral Spreadsheets and MarketingBulletins. Drives support programdevelopment ensuring programs are on time and within budget.

  • Leads cross functional partner groups (includingbut not limited to GBSC, Product Development, Packaging, Design, GSR,Creative and AT&D) to bring regionally relevant new programs to market.

  • Works closely with Product Developmentto realize conceptual vision into strategic lineup.

  • Ensures key timetable dates are met incoordination with GBSC; Team lead for Skincare / Primer category at PPDMeetings.

  • Directs the preparation and posting ofmarketing bulletins detailing new programintroduction and execution.


  • Assist Executive Director in thedevelopment of global brand sampling strategy.

  • Spearhead task force and coordinatewith key partner groups (Products, International Marketing, RegionalMarketers, Glob Com, On Line, CRM, Creative, Store Design, Makeup Artistry,AT&D, Legal, Sales)



  • College degree.

  • Position requires 5 years relevant workexperience.

  • Previous global and or applied marketingexperience required.

  • Position requires creativity and thoroughknowledge in all areas of marketing including the ability to develop andimplement innovative marketing programs, knowledge of global market/consumertrends.

  • Knowledge of the functions of productdevelopment, packaging design, consumer research, and sales and their effect onproduct marketability.

  • Independent, self-starter, wellorganized, detail oriented with exceptional organizational and follow upskills.

  • Position requires leadership skills andproject management skills.

  • Strong analytical, written/oralcommunications, excellent presentation and problem solving skills, ability topersonally organize and set priorities and drive other people.

  • Team player with the ability to build,foster and nurture relationships with members of cross functional teams.
