  • To assist the Executive Director indefining strategic objectives for the assigned Treatment categories. Responsible for helping to create 3-year actionplans and successfully executing on defined objectives to grow assignedcategories.

  • To manage all aspects ofproduct/program development from concept to final delivery, and consistentlydeliver successful products/programs on time and in budget.

  • To be able to manage and develop DirectReport.


  • Manages program conception anddevelopment for assigned categories partnering closely with all necessarycross-functional teams.

  • Prepares all necessary paperwork(Concept Briefs, Program Briefs, Creative Briefs); Manages development and 360support program to ensure programs are on time, within budget and meetstrategic and financial objectives.

  • Leads meetings with cross-functionalteams on status of program development.

  • Responsible for keeping Executive Directorabreast of assigned category performance, product opportunities and allcategory related information.

  • Monitors the performance of Cliniqueversus the competition to identify product need gaps and opportunities;develops and executes action plans to improve brand performance when needed.

  • Is the expert and key point person forperformance of assigned segments (shipments, sell-thru, cost of goods, skucount, pricing and new product forecasts) as well as the competition.

  • Prepare Monthly Business Reviewdocuments.

  • Liaises regularly with Regionalmarketing teams to ensure programs meet Region/Affiliate Market needs.

  • Responsible for providing all Regionsand affiliates with timely information on programs.

  • Acts as key, day-to-day contact forRegions to ensure brand strategies and objectives are being met for productlaunches/programs.

  • Responsible for writing and issuing allFlashes and Creative Dossiers.

  • Actively participates with the teams bypreparing agendas and recaps from all regional meetings

  • Prepares materials for presentation ofmarketing plans and results to internal stakeholders, all affiliates andRetailers when applicable, i.e. Sales Meetings, Regional Roundtables, andLeadership Meetings.

  • Participates in consumer research forassigned categories as needed including writing concepts and analyzing researchfindings.

  • To be able to manage and be responsiblefor the performance of Direct Report, including on-time deliverables andaccuracy of projects.

  • Leads by example to create anenvironment that is collaborative, encouraging, respectful and builds teamcooperation



  • Must possess strong leadership, analytical,creative, and oral and written communication skills.

  • 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Must possess proactive strategic andcritical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative, anticipate nextsteps and offer recommendations.

  • Must be able to manage and developdirect report(s).

  • Should be a self-starter, accountableand highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.

  • Must be team player with the ability tobuild, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.

  • Must be highly detail-oriented withunprompted follow-through.

  • Must have very strong Excel andPowerPoint skills.

  • Should demonstrate a passion for thecosmetics industry.
